Everywhere there are stories, everything and everyone has a story. Finding out the origin stories are often magical discoveries.

It was the back stories of people in small, batch food production that lead our Founder down a wonderful journey of discovery. Our Founder was a little bit delusional about life and her life’s purpose work wise, so she was comforted and grounded when she appreciated that the majority of small batch food producers she came across were not producing for money but for love – love of food, love of taste and passion to celebrate history and heritage, or to create something that was just supremely better than what was on offer for consumers in the mainstream.
